I’ve never enjoyed going to work so much. Everyone in the building is very friendly. SONO50 has a very convenient food area in the lobby. The gym reminds me of an equinox layout and the rooftop has one of the nicest views in all of Norwalk. I also noticed this building has some of the top marketing companies in the entire state.

I worked in SONO50 from 2011-12, the building looks nothing like it did then. The building is modernized, elegant and a pleasure to conduct business in! The rooftop is amazing for private or company parties, SONO 50 is a one of a kind office space for Fairfield County.

Gorgeous space! I love that I can come to work in such a luxurious office setting, have lunch either on site or take a short walk downtown. Sono 50 makes it convenient to have all of my basic needs all in one place. I've never been more inclined to stay at work than I am now! Highly recommend!

I'm currently leasing an office at SONO 50 and it's great to be back in an office environment coming from months working from home. It's a beautiful space with great amenities including a lounge and a gym. It's quiet, the other tenants are friendly and professional, and it's very safe. Jennifer Drolet is the point person for leasing and she is amazing!

Mike and his team have done an amazing job with all the upgrades to the building it is truly state of the art. I rented in the office suites and decided to lease out more space - very happy!

I started out at Sono50 using the coworking space, which was a great way to get my business up and running. As things grew, I moved into a private office on the 9th floor — and it’s been an incredible experience ever since. The rooftop is perfect for a quick break or casual meetings, and having the gym right in the building makes it easy to stay active. I’ve also made some great friends here, like Ralph and the team at Plaza Deli — their spot is my go-to for lunch. The community and convenience at Sono50 are unmatched.
