Designed for gathering, rebooting, or just relaxing, our popular Lounge area features 2,000+ SF of comfortable furniture, welcoming bar, and game area with ping pong, billiards & video games. This space is adjacent to our Conference Center to allow for joint functions.
SONO50 is one of the very few buildings in Fairfield County that can maintain 100% power during outages. Our 2 megawatt generator is capable of providing power to the entire building at full occupancy for 7 days.
Plaza Deli, located in our main lobby, offers freshly made breakfast, lunch and snacks daily, and can accommodate corporate catering delivered right to your office or to SONO50’s Conference Rooms & Training Facilities on our Amenities Level. A full service Chase Bank and ATM is also accessible via our building lobby.
Washington Street Plaza welcomes visitors to the front entrance of SONO50 and features live music, pop-up markets, and special events. New residential apartments continue to sprout up around SoNo, solidifying the area as a growing and vibrant neighborhood. And it’s all just mere minutes away from the Metro North train station and all major highways.
